Delta offering $30K for passengers of crashed MSP flight

Bill Lukitsch at the Star Tribune reports: “Delta Air Lines is offering to pay $30,000 each to passengers on Delta Connection Flight 4819 that crashed while landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Monday afternoon.”
