Minneapolis police have released new video of the non-fatal ICE shooting in North Minneapolis that occurred back in January. “What the video shows is very different from what federal agents initially said about the incident,” 5 Eyewitness News reports.

St. Paul police arrested a woman who was part of a group protesting ICE outside Cities Church on Summit Avenue on Sunday. The church was also the focus of high-profile arrests in January after activists disrupted service upon learning one of its pastors, David Easterwood, led the ICE field office in St. Paul. The police account of what led up to the Sunday arrest is incongruous with the accounts of the woman’s fellow protestors, MPR News reports.

The Trump administration is set to close two National Forest research stations in Minnesota located in Grand Rapids and Ely, Bring Me the News reports. It’s part of a nationwide reorganization of the National Forest Service. “The reorganization also means the USDA will shift to a ‘state-based organizational model’ in which a designated Forest Service office will oversee select states.”
